Factors affecting the number of drilled plates
Provision of the number of PCB drilling plates in and out
This is based on the process capability of each division. But related to a few factors
1) Thickness
2) The smallest drill
3) Required accuracy
4) Substrate type: The number of substrates is FR4 and CEM-3. The number of substrates is different. The same substrates have different Tg values.
5) In other cases, such as the slot length of the slot is less than twice the diameter of the drill.
