Introduction of the thickness of the plate produced by the hot press

  The hot press is one of the important mechanical equipment for the production of artificial board and flax board. The net thickness of various artificial board and flax board depends on the specified thickness. However, due to structural reasons, the thickness gauges of hot presses of small domestic manufacturers have been deformed for up to 3 months. To solve this problem, after analysis and research, we have improved the structure of the thickness gauge.

  The original thickness gauge and the deformed thickness gauge shape, after the thickness gauge is deformed, the 7 M10 screws used for fixing will be cut, the card board is twisted, and the fixing is lost, and it moves on the hot plate of the hot press, resulting in hot pressing. The machine was discontinued for maintenance.
  Analysis of deformation
  Before and after the hot press is closed, the thickness gauge has a large temperature difference, about 70 ℃ ~ 90 ℃, and when the press plate is working, the temperature of the thickness gauge is different on both sides of the longitudinal direction, and the temperature on one side (or inner side) of the slab is high. The temperature on the other side (or outer side) is low, so the thickness gauge has a large temperature difference between the inner and outer sides before and after the hot plate is closed. According to the thermal expansion performance of the metal material, that is, the effect of temperature stress makes the thickness gauge elongate, and the inner and outer sides extend Uneven lengths cause bending.
  Influence of thickness gauge on production
  Thickness gauge is certainly a smaller part in the hot press, but the loss and impact on its production after deformation are serious;
  During the deformation of the thickness gauge, the screws will be broken, loosened, and collided with the backing plate and slab, pushing the middle of the pressure plate, causing excessive local pressure, damaging the backing plate, pressure plate and slab, or causing groove marks on some product surfaces. Reduced to secondary and waste products;
  It is easy for the thickness gauge to touch the hot pressing plate, interfere with the hanging angle of the trapezoidal iron stopper and tie rod, and cut off the bolts of the iron stopper and hanging angle, thus stopping the entire production line;
  Due to the narrow space between the columns of the hot press, the hot press plate is heavy, it is difficult to tap the damaged thread and install the iron stop and hanging angle, the labor intensity is also very large, and the maintenance is not thorough, and it is easy to produce a vicious cycle.
